Other Things to Remember.
1. Check-in is after 14:00hrs, if you would like to check in earlier please check with us first. 2. Check-out is before 10:00hrs, to check out later in the day please check with us first. 3. Our flats are limited to four or five occupants maximum, this is to avoid overcrowding and the resulting increase in wear & tear. 4. We do not have separate accommodation for domestic servants. 5. Pets are strictly not allowed. |

About Our Rates
We do our best to keep our rates as low as possible and still be able to provide a competitive service without compromising our level of service and cleanliness. Our rates are calculated per night and based on the number of guests in the reservation, the same as in the hotel industry. Our lowest rate is R350.00 per flat per night for 2 people out of season. For the best rate please book directly with us.
We always send a written Quotation to our guests so that you are aware of everything you are being offered. We pride ourselves in not having any hidden charges or deposits. With certain large groups we will charge a cleaning and/or a breakage deposit and in any event these charges will be clearly indicated on your Quotation. We are contracted into a professional Laundry Service and should you wish to use this service then you will be dealing directly with them.
Please remember that when you make a request for a Quotation you must please include all children and infants. This information must be reflected on your Quotation and Letter of Confirmation as the flats are strictly limited to the number of guests Quoted for.

Cancellations.
The reason for a cancellation policy is that once you have made a booking, we fit other reservations in around yours so that the flats are utilised to their full potential. When you cancel, we have to try and find someone that will take your entire reservation. Otherwise we are faced with an empty flat that actually costs us revenue as it is seldom that someone else plans to take a holiday on the same dates that you had planned. The consequences for us are generally lost earnings and, long term, this will result in an increase in the cost of holiday accommodation.
We fully understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that crash the best made plans for a holiday. We are therefore sympathetic to this issue and try to limit the expense to you by keeping these costs as reasonable as possible. Our policy is therefore as follows:
1. Should we be able to fill your entire reservation we will refund your entire deposit less an admin fee of R300.00 2. More than 30 days notice - we refund 75% of your total booking. 3. More than 15 days notice - we refund 50% of your total booking. 4. Less than 15 days notice - no refund will be granted.
Please Note: Due to fraudulent activity we do not make any refunds in less than 30 days from receipt of your payment. |
